Whether you're working with a sleep therapist or going it alone, PulseGen delivers core CBT-I components through short, AI guided SMS check-ins. Step 1: Sleep Intake (One Time Only)
First, complete a quick 5-minute Sleep Intake so we can understand your habits, symptoms, and goals. This helps us build your personalized sleep profile using a CBT-I framework backed by decades of research.
